Older News
The single “Modern Sleep Over” will be launched proper at Cargo on the 7th April. The night will be a Wah Wah (www.wahwah45s.com) special so for all yer directions and venue information run along now to www.cargo-london.com
There will be a cut price list, so if you want on it, get in touch…..go on, just get in touch. It’s been ages, me and your mother really miss you, please, just a phone call to say you’re okay. We know you’re all grown up now living in the big city but you’ve never stopped being our child…..and you never ever will…
Massive lakes of care to all who attended
the Bedford gig. A special thank-you to “A
Couple of Counts” who were the greatest support act
on this earth. Ever. Bar none. They really were. So much
so that they’re our “official” support
act. This means we won’t be going anywhere without
them-not even the shop for milk! Or beans! Or a nice new
fruit based drink, like a power drink or something.
As ever a big dress wearing shout to DJ Deidre (she’s
gorgeous!)……well done lass.

Thanks to everyone who came down to
Bush Hall on the 30th! Woo! Go team!
The band we're all very pleased and it was great to dress
up and not get paid for it (for a change!)
Here's a review we were sent by someone who can't be named
for legal reasons:
"The smell of man tension hung heavily
in Bush Hall broken only by the pungent odour of rock as
TALC took the stage one by one and burst into "Kings
of the Road", whipping the crowd into light arousal.
The next few tunes were a blur of tales until BANG the hammer
blow "Modern Sleep Over" drifted into the crowd.
My girlfriend had to be steadied as The Gift cast his robotic
spell of unrequited computer love. Other highlights were
every other tune! Remarkable. My only nagging question:
The Gift, Doctor Fun, Simply Jizz, Food and Bobby Fame,
how did they get that much talent onstage?"

A fine turnout brought a tear to our
eyes and we're looking forward to the next live adventure
which is scheduled for May at a secret location that we
haven't booked yet. Meanwhile there's some of the pics of
the gig here and on the news page.
The E.P. is available at a massive £5 so send us a
mail if you'd like a copy.
